Products

All products are produced with high-quality standards.

Minor variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to the nature of textile manufacturing.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are provided in the agreed currency (INR / USD / GBP).

Payments must be completed as per the agreed terms (Advance / LC / Bank Transfer).

Any international banking charges outside India must be borne by the buyer.

Orders & Delivery

Orders are accepted subject to stock availability or production capacity.

Delivery will be executed as per agreed Incoterms (FOB / CIF / Ex-Works / DDP).

Estimated delivery time may vary due to shipping conditions or logistics delays.

Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges at the buyer’s destination are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Claims

Any claim regarding damage, shortage, or defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Returns are accepted only with prior authorization from OCR-International.com.

Products that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.

Quality & Warranty

All items are inspected before dispatch.

Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse or normal wear and tear.

Intellectual Property

All brand names, designs, and product images belong to OCR-International.com.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
